We ordered broccoli and cheddar soup. Two bowls and two pieces of bread and two cups of coffee. One of the two bowls was severely watered down. This had to be deliberate. Not all paneras are made equal but the people at this one put a lot of care into making the food and it always tastes great. I come here all the time and the managers are super nice. On the rare occasion something is off they make it right super quick.

Haven't been to a Panera in years since it was pay the mortgage get soup. Still the same, but they got something going with that green goddess thing....good sandwich. Took my family of three the other night. Was an overall good experience however we now have to get a forbearance on our mortgage since we chose Panera.
