I put in a Google search for excellent breakfasts, and Theresa's Cafe came up. Boy, the reviews were right!We were seated quickly & invited to grab our own coffee at the coffee station. The coffee was on point.My wife had the corned beef & Swiss omelet (because after all, it was St Patrick's Day). Lived near Flemington for so many years and somehow never tried this little cafe/dinner/breakfast nook? Criminal. I stopped in for breakfast and was greeted by the friendliest faces. It's seat yourself and if it's a chilly day, my personal rec is right underneath the portable heater. The great: Omelette was delish. Home fries were extra crispy just like I asked. I just discovered the best breakfast place within a 40 mile radius. The breakfast are outstanding and well priced. It is family owned and they treat you from the moment you walk in the door like a member of their own family! Always positive and kind and the food is so good (and healthy and fresh) that you will want to come back every day for more! A rare gem that is well worth a 30-40 minute drive!
