Moved in as a renter 3.5 years ago having picked this building because of its great views, big apartments, pet-friendly, and super facilities. By the middle of year one we had decided that this was going to be our long term home and when a 3BR came up for sale in the line we loved, we bought it. The building has a nice gym with new equipment and open space, an indoor play space for little ones, and dry cleaner on site. I've been living here for about three years now and the building is only getting better! Besides the great views of Manhattan, there's a spacious lawn for kids to play on, a BBQ area, outdoor seating to relax and pool that was just renovated last year! Other building amenities are an indoor playroom for kids, a gym (which will be upgraded soon), a dry-cleaner (in the building!), a community room, library, meeting room and a convenient store. This place is amazing - it couldn't be better situated, with breathtaking views and easy access to just about anywhere. The ammenities are exactly what you'd expect in a luxury highrise condo: doorman, security, valet for guests, gym, children's playroom, library, community room with billiards and ping pong.
