Im super dissappointed. Everytime i order you guys get my order wrong and tonight was no different. I ordered three sandwiches and two of them were not as i ordered. I ordered a mini tuna fish with mayo on whote bread and you sent it on whole wheat bread. The second sandwich was a regular size stickball on ROSEMARY PARMESAN BREAD, no onion. So I just started working in Fort Lee, so close to Jersey Mikes I had to go try it, of course I know the food is good but when I tell you THIS LOCATION is the best Jersey Mikes I’ve ever had idk what they’re doing here that other places don’t but I don’t even wanna eat Jersey Mikes unless I’m getting it from this location.New lunch obsession.

I got an email saying that someone used my points to order a sub from this location. I live in California. I called the store to explain someone just ordered a sandwich under my name. The worker, with me on the phone, called out the guy and saved the day by ensuring he didn't get the sandwich. I love this store even though I haven't been.
