I continue to order food in advance here because it's convenient and close to work. However, they are invariably delayed but at least 10-15 minutes. The staff is completely oblivious even if it's blatantly obvious that you as a customer is standing right in front of them for help picking up your order. No one greets you and instead they do an amazing job at completely ignoring you. Then when you get your food -the portions are very inconsistent.

As with all Chipotle locations, the food tastes good. Unfortunately there are issues with the service at this location. Last night my daughter and I walked in and there was no line. No one would take our order or even acknowledge us. At first I thought it was because they were preparing online orders. However it turned out that one of the workers was piling a plate of food for himself and making himself a special quesadilla, all while ignoring us. If I could give zero star I would do it! I drove about 30 minutes to get food here for the first time, what a big mistake! The place was supposed to open at 10:45 I was waiting at the door until 11:00 meanwhile I could see the workers seated eating and chilling on the phone, they SAW ME. And then I decided to leave. No respect at all with the costumers. I’ll never come back!
