Tatchens is the hidden gem in central NJ. The sandwiches are creative and made with local ingredients. The soups are almost unbelievable with how delicious they are! Home made bread, btw. You have to check this pace out!!!!!!
Had a great experience here. Walked in for lunch the other day and the man I believe to be the owner and chef greeted us. He was extremely nice and helpful with letting us know about the menu items. The chicken salad sandwich and the mushroom soup is an awesome combo for a cold day. Love it here and will be returning often! Great little gem and a MUST HAVE if you are in the area.

As soon as I walked in I knew that this place was good. The owner made me try all his soups cause I told him it was my first time there. They were all excellent. Couldn’t decide. ? I decided on the mushroom soup & rib eye sandwich. They were delicious!! I will be back. I highly recommend this place. A+ all the way!!
