The place has been around my block and I remember it's opening in the mid 90s. Food has always been delicious and you can smell it from a block away. Only thing is sometimes the wait can be a bit much, but that's a great thing considering they sell a lot.
Fried chicken was pretty dry but I don’t mind that at all! I thought it was delicious! I had the #1 and it came with 1 wing, 1 thigh and 1 leg with your side of rice. They have about four different kinds of rice and I chose the rice with black beans. I wish I would’ve gone with the orange rice with vegetables, that one tasted a lot better than the rice with black beans. The rice with black beans was extremely salty.
