They didn’t send us a stuffed crust cheese pie that we ordered. I tried calling but all these people do is put you on hold for more than 30 minutes. I tried calling multiple times and some times they just put you on hold without saying anything. These people don’t care. I was feeding my kids something special today but they couldn’t enjoy it because their pizza didn’t arrive. Never again will I order from my local Pizza Hut.
I don’t usually post a review, but this store has the worse customer service. I ordered worth $100 for doordash delivery and when i check the order, some items were missing like buffalo wings and soda. It’s a disaster to call the store as they pick up and put you on hold forever. After trying to redial so many times in order to get a live person, I was told that the lady is not allowed to give her name over the phone which I never encounter before.
