Sent inside and it was much better than when I dashed it. The one guy was super friendly. Didn't catch his name but he had some tats and shoulder length hair. Great service, good food.
This is a good sub shop. They prepare your orders quickly and efficiently. The only complaint I have is that they are bit heavy with the oil and vinager which makes the bread soggy. They are a bit pricey but the service is good. Much better than Primo Hoaggies from across the street.

I really don’t understand a bad review for Jersey Mike’s. Sure, it’s a little pricier than some but the quality is very high - and consistent! I’ve been to a lot of them from Point Pleasant to Pennsylvania. Hackettstown is no different. And they’re usually super-friendly. My “go-to” sandwich is the Stickball Special. It’s an Italian ham & cheese plus salami. Yum.
