Went to this location yesterday for the first time and the last time. I went to order the new $20 box (4pc chicken, fries & chicken nuggets) but wanted to substitute the regular chicken for Extra Crispy chicken breasts. The worker informed me that they can’t do that. So I asked if I could get a different meal with breasts then which she informed me “KFC no longer serves chicken breasts at all… just legs and thighs.” Excuse me… what? You met my expectations. It's been a year since waiting 45 minutes for fast food. This time we waited an hour cause we were only able to order online for $30 meal and they had no idea there was an order in the system. This location needs serious help! KFC hackettstown,

We usually go to KFC on Sunday. Our experience is usually ok.This last weekend we went to the store.There were at least 3-4 employees there. We waited at the counter for about 10 minutes without being waited on. They saw us and just ignored us.We finally left and went to Wendy's.I doubt we'll go back to KFC again.
