This McDonald's was clean. The food was like any other. I was disappointed though as I brought a child for a special treat for the play place. It was a hot day, and the play place was about 100 degrees. I was told the air conditioning has "been broken," and they have been waiting for someone to fix it. The heat was unbearable so we couldn't stay.
A nice clean McDonalds, with a good friendly staff, has a recently renovated interior and comfortable chairs.Has a working McPlayroom for kids and a dining area with a nice ambiance. The place clearly has a management that actually cares, kudos to them. I don’t think the staff ever messed up an order or was unprofessional in any way. The fries and chicken nuggets are always cooked to perfection, the Big Macs weren’t sloppy or pressed into a shape of a pancake inside the wrapping....read full review

This Hackettstown McDonald's is actually the most modern updated, clean store I've been in yet. I was very impressed with the new upgrades and look and the employees were excellent and they got the orders right and faster then other stores!5 Stars!!!!
