“My first time here, I was in and out but service was great, my taco salad was amazing and the owner was very welcoming. Loved the vibe, I will definitely visit soon.”
“What a great place…. Had a weird request and we think they thought we were joking! We were headed to my grandfather‘s birthday. He was turning 101 and we asked him to customize the pizza. We asked them to add 101 in pepperoni, I think they thought we were joking, but they fulfilled our request. What an awesome way to celebrate the birthday with excellent food. We shall be back again, and again, thank you for making our grandfather‘s birthday super special.”
“Quiet, intimate and relaxing place to go to with friends/family or on your own. Food and drinks are tasty. And I love that you can purchase other items like tea. Though prices of other items can be a bit pricey”
“I went to pick up an order, (cookies) and the woman behind the counter was pleasant and frankly it was a delight in more ways than one. She was, as I said, pleasant and the cookies were scrumptious.#SmallBusinessesRock!I will be returning..”
“Went here based on reviews, and it held true. One of the best NY strips I've had and the homemade cheesecake was amazing. Great neighborhood gem that you must try. When I'm back in town, I'm definitely coming back.”
“Ordered late night pizza from here. It was really fresh and we got the meat lovers pizza. The sausage was amazing and wasn't soaked in sodium. It was perfect! Looking forward to ordering from here again.”
“Stopped by with my son, he chose mint chocolate chip (delicious!) and I panicked because I didn’t expect him to be ready. So I chose peanut butter, which I usually don’t eat at all. Now I’m counting down the days until I can return for a larger size ?Excellent customer service as well!”
“I order from Classic Asia all the time, usually tofu dishes, and every order has been delicious and ready when I arrive! They are always so nice and accommodating to my vegetarian needs.”
“Solid Chinese food, not much else to say. I'd have liked one or two more vegetable entree options but really no complaints otherwise.Vegetarian options: Pretty standard Chinese food menu options for vegetable entrees. No sesame or general tso's tofu unfortunately.”
“Your worker Tara helped me with my order and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. I appreciate her patience and positive attitude. The customer service is fantastic.”
“P & S Ravioli is delicious. I have been going here for many years & was never disappointed. Excellent quality food. If you are looking for a good quality product go to P & S Ravioli.”
“I frequent this DD often and have never had a bad experience. The staff is so friendly and when going inside, it's always very clean. There are a few sketchy people that hang around the area but it's never made me uncomfortable. They always get my order right and it's always delicious!”
“SO good! I got the jerk chicken, rice with curry gravy on top, and potato salad. The chicken was so juicy and that curry gravy, DELICIOUS! Service was great. Very friendly and quick service.”
“The heirloom corn grits with crab fat sofrito & mother rucker burger were made to profección. Our server who I believe said her name was “(mi-ahh)” was also a vibe-genuine.”
“With an ever-changing menu, I know that no matter what vegan dish I order from Primary it’s always going to be exciting and delicious. Many of the dishes have kept me up at night from the french toast to the cheesesteak and the jackfruit medianoche.Chef Mark has always been hospitable and attentive, and you can tell how much passion he has for his plates and his community. This restaurant is truly a gem in Philly and the team behind its magic deserve all the success. If you’re looking for a place to try, you cannot go wrong by visiting Primary.”
“We are so incredibly lucky to live less than a 10min walk from West Passyunk to Stina. The food, staff and space are a perfectly balanced blend with so much love, care and attention to detail put into each dish. Order everything… Stina forever! 5⭐️”
“I've been here a few times, it's a fun place to bring people because of the whole speakeasy vibe. They don't take reservations so it's hit or miss if you can actually get in. Drinks are hit or miss for me too. Over time I've done drinks from the menu and the bartenders choice. I know it sounds silly but I really dislike the ice they use! It's like ice chips which cheapens the drinks, which seems to go against the suave swanky vibe. I got the pickle mule this time though and really liked it.”
“The dining experience here was pretty good but not exceptional. The food was alright for the price, service was friendly enough albeit a little bit slow and lacking in attention.”
“The food here is absolutely incredible. Just next level sushi that makes you not want to eat sushi from anywhere else. That RICE is just perfect. Also if you're lucky enough to snag a spot at the Omakase then you're in for a REAL treat. :)”
“Having grown up with Texas breakfast tacos I was excited to see a spot in Philly to create what I was missing from home. Bfast taco was good, flavor was def there. A bit on the pricier end for a breakfast taco, even with a homemade tortilla. Was hoping all salsas were given out as well, tried the guaijlo , had good flavor. Not sure if I’ll be a reg just because they’re pricey. But I do appreciate what they are bringing to Philly.”
“Fantastic experience top to bottom. Dropped in and got a seat at the bar. Ordered the chefs menu blind and was shocked at the amount of food and the quality. Fantastic all around.”
“Such a great experience. The service was quick. Oh the food ???Vegetarian options: Of the 10 options 3 were vegan based so I’d say that’s a plus!Dietary restrictions: Plant-based preferred”
“A stellar experience from start to finish. Our server, Morrigan, was friendly and knowledgable. Every dish was well thought through. And the decor & ambiance complements the concept brilliantly. It is obvious that this team knows what they’re doing and cares deeply about excellence. Will be back whenever we’re in the city.”
“Stopped by here for a quick dinner during Wrestlemania 40 weekend in Philly. Such a cool place with neat decorations through out. If you're a metal head/horror enthusiast, definitely come here. Service was excellent and I started with the Mac And Cheese Balls, which was delicious. Then, I had the spaghetti with 'meatballs.' Good, but thought had way too much tomato sauce.Again, the decor was awesome, atmosphere is chill and had horror movie scenes/commercials playing on their TVs. Would recommend!”
“Bought shrimp tacos, chicken tacos, esquites, chicken tacos and guacamole. The only downside is that the chicken tacos were made with dark chicken thigh meat, I wrongly assumed it would be chicken breast (my fault for not asking).Otherwise good decent food!”
“Definitely the best omakase in Philly!! Quaint bar setting BYOB! Right up close great sushi masters. No special occasion just decided to have sushi with my son. Every course was outstanding! Flavors were amazing. I love seeing the reactions of the other patrons as the eat the courses! Will definitely be back many time hopefully. Well worth the drive great neighborhood ample parking. Beware of the non descript building. At $158 you will be very satisfied with every bite. The ala carte menu has some great add ins priced accordingly 20-38$. They offer hot and cold tea as well as a few soft drinks and water.Parking: Parking down the street metered cash or credit card. Get the appWheelchair accessibility: Same level as street.”
“Very small intimate space with the open kitchen directly on the floor. Had an incredible experience here! The staff was super friendly and bantered with us all night. The stand out to me was the scallop toast, it practically melts in your mouth. Though everything we had was excellent flavor and presentation wise. I will absolutely be back!”
“The only Thai place I will order from in the entire Philadelphia vicinity. The best staff. The best food. The best experience. I will forever give JJ Thai my business and always recommend them to friends & family. By the way, if your server is Air, be prepared because she is the absolute best server I have came across in any restaurant. I worked in the service industry myself, and to come across someone like Air is truly a blessing. She is so friendly, goes above and beyond, and always ensures the best customer service. Thank you JJ Thai and thank you Air for continuous unforgettable experiences.”
“Took the family here for a birthday dinner gathering. It was very good and we throughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere was great, the food was amazing and the waiter & staff were terrific! First time visiting and they didn't disappoint at all food was absolutely wonderful well prepared hot and fresh! A very good experience and I would definitely recommend”
