I do drive-thru and mobile order and I have had a positive experience at this location every time! The tall, thin man that works drive-thru is the best Dunkin employee I have ever met. Always polite and friendly.
The food was on point, awesome customer service. I had an issue with the app and the lady was pleasant and helped me with resolving the issue. And they made my coffee perfect. I can't tell you the amount of DD trips I've made where they couldn't make the coffee right or the food good.
