China Star Our go to spot for Chinese food takeout in Monmouth Beach closed recently. As I understand China star is related to China Sea Chinese takeout in the highlands. My daughter and I decided to give it a chance and confirm. China sea offers takeout and delivery to Seabright which is an added bonus. Fast AF. Food is a little above average. People are nice. No reason to give them less than five stars. Don't expect lots of extras like menus or sometimes even cookies and napkins. All in all superb service.
