Overall solid bagel stop. This place is usually crazy busy in the mornings for a reason; they have great breakfast sandwiches. I wouldn’t recommend ordering on the website because then they don’t really toast them even if you request it in order to make the food faster. If you’re there you can ask them to run it through the toaster twice.
The owner, Doug, and his wife are amazing. This is my weekend go-to place and best bagel store in Hoboken. Once, I forgot to take a half dozen bagels as part of my order and when I realized I called the store and Doug gave me his cell and told me he would give me a credit whenever I ordered again. I ordered sandwiches the next day and Doug comped the whole order and also threw in a free bagel for my kid, whom he somehow remembered. Great bagels, great customer service.

The bagels here are great. I now come frequently to get fresh bagels on the weekend. They can improve the customer service. They seem a little overwhelmed with the volume when I’ve been there. These days with staffing challenges it can be difficult. So I don’t really hold that against them.
