“I've been going to this DD for the past 4 months. The staff is very nice, courteous, and attentive! I have never had a problem with how they make my order nor how they interact with me. Tbh, every time I go, I'm impressed by how nice they are!Whenever I have a question or can't find my order, a young South Asian looking girl/woman helps me out. Her customer service skills are on point! She's very nice!I do have to say I usually go in the morning. I don't know how the late afternoon staff is, but I went there twice around 3 PM and didn't get the same vibe... I didn't recognize anyone from the morning shift, though, but it might be just me! Like I said, I'm usually there in the morning.Oh, and the establishment is always clean, including the bathroom!“

“This location is hidden and I stop in occasionally when it's convenient. I almost always order on the mobile Dunkin app and rarely have an issue with my order or quality. No complaints from me... I usually get an iced caramel coffee with skim less ice. Yum.“
