This McDonald's has a manager Nancy who does not accept survey codes for buy one get one and if she decides to be ready for an attitude plus a face of disgust like it's her money or food. She literally told me that she couldn't take my order when I tried ten minutes before they closed but the register next to me the guy was placing his order. She never greets anybody and let's her crew ignore you for ten minutes when you get there like she does and she is nasty. The kids lie to...read full review

This used to be my favorite McDonald's location as I've been coming here since I was a kid. Although they renovated and changed things around the staff need some retraining. The food and drinks are not as fresh as it used to be. There are homeless in and out and hanging around the location and delivery drivers with scooters. Unfortunately, this location has gone downhill since the pandemic. I only come here if I have to. There are other locations with better service and food....read full review

The Hoboken McDonalds is newly rebuilt and quite nice. However, the service is still awful. I only go in if there is absolutely no one else in line. Even if that is the case, you still have to wait for your food for a good bit of time. The ice cream machine is always broken. No one cares. I don't know how they stay in business.
