Rice Shop is one of our favorite local restaurants. I would highly recommend roast duck with rice. The roast duck, pork etc. meat dish are always good. I even like the rice...rice seems to be even more tasty with fragrance (I am not kidding)... We also tried several other dishes, rice congee and scallion pancake etc . They are authentic Chinese food and tasty.
I don't understand all the negative reviews. By far the freshest, most authentic Chinese food in Hoboken. Their duck/roast pork bbq combo is the bomb. Can't speak to the delivery experience as I always pick up. I decided to try despite negative reviews. So glad I did, because the food is always spot on, tasty and cheap.

They're permanently closed. There's a For Rent sign in the window now. Not sure what happened, it seemed really sudden. They were always so busy. Perhaps too much for the new management so they called it quits at the end of their lease.
