I just recently went to the Philly pretzel Factory in howell, you really should concider who you hire and works with food. I will never come again to the Howell location. The hygiene on the man working there is terrible.
I haven't been to this place in years but since lastnight I wanted a soft hot pretzel and I'm glad I finally listened to myself ! The place is clean and the two female employees that helped me were Sweet , Professional and had Great Personalities !! I got home and tore into the pretzels like an animal they were warm , soft and delicious !5 stars all the way

Helped with a selection and provided immaculate customer service and presented great decorum in helping with a selection of a snack. Cinnamon Pretzel Bites were sensational! Highly recommend !
