“First visit to Alice’s. We will return. Fun bar downstairs with outside heated seating looking over the lake. The food was ok. Steak was ordered rare and that came out perfect. The Salmon though was over cooked. Sides were fine though the vegetables were a mix of warm and cold. Service was great. Nice people.”

“We stopped in on St. Pats weekend and where plesently surprised. We got immediate seating at the bar and had amazing food. We came because the spot was recommended for their tap list, and boy, did they not disappoint. Spectacular selection of premium beers and a great variety too; not just the usual whale NEIPAs. My only complaint is that this spot is too far away from me to be a regular haunt. If you're around the area, definitely give Taphouse 15 a try.Parking: Lot is a bit tight, and the restaurant is situated in the middle of a divided highway, so it felt a bit strange when we pulled in from the left.”

“Today was the first time we ate out on a Holiday. Having Easter dinner @ Portofino's was the BEST!! We enjoyed a delicious meal, wonderful service and atmosphere without any 'clean up'. Karissa worked tirelessly with me to ensure that the entire planning process was seamless and that our event would be perfect! Perfect is an understatement!!! The event exceeded all of our expectations - the room was beautiful, the staff was incredible to work with and the food was out of this world! Family and friends are still raving about the event and of course, my daughter was equally floored. “This place is amazing! The pizza, wings, macaroni, and pasta salad are all out of this world. The owner made sure that the oil was changed before making my wings, because after cooking eggplant, the quality of the oil was not up to her standards, which I greatly appreciated. I had mentioned to the owner that I had just moved in and before I took my food to go, she was kind enough to offer me paper plates, which I desperately needed, top notch customer service.”

“We stopped in to get a cheese pie on the way to the drive in and it was so good. Perfect ratio of cheese and bread. Some small shops have cheese sliding off but not this one! It was just done perfectly. Will be our go to when we go to the drive in!”

“While I do like this location and staff, the food quality for mcdonald's in general has to improve. Fries were fresh and probably the best part of my meal. Chicken nuggets tasted like breaded chewing gum. I had a quarter pounder and it was so flavorless that it tasted like cardboard not even extra ketchup helped the patty which by the way looked like a cheeseburger patty. Nothing quarter pound about it. Will be back for the fries though.”

Wonderful views overlooking Lake Hopatcong, delicious reasonably-priced food thoughtfully prepared, and the best service I've had in a very long time. Our waitress (who told us she had been working there for 30 years) was a true professional: friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I happen to be a dog lover, and our adjoining outdoor tables boasted a French Bulldog, two Golden Retrievers and a King Charle Spaniel. Love this place!”

The best ribs ,brisket and pulled pork I ever had. you won't leave hungry no matter what you order. the sides are also delicious: we sampled caramelized carrots/string beans, mac & cheese, slaw, smoked red beans, and broccoli...all excellent. Friendly staff and excellent service. No liquor license yet but nice selection of other drinks. Pleasant "log cabin" atmosphere. Can't think of a negative. Definitely a GO TO restaurant.”

The server was equally friendly and helpful. The food was fresh, delicious, and the portions are generous. Andy‘s is constantly giving back to the community and partnering with the local school system for fundraisers. It’s a true example of a local community restaurant. Don’t get a Boring Dog. You can see the full Bakery in eye's view with customer traffic, so quieter romantic dinners would be better served with elevated quality booths or partitioned from the main eating area. It's a BIG CHOPPY space and it can be considered tacky and off-putting, but these are quibbles. The food, again was lights out and the service was great.”
