“Jiangnan's location in NJC has to be my favorite restaurant in Jersey City. It is equally as good as the location in Manhattan in terms of food, service, and atmosphere, though one thing to note is that they do not have an alcohol menu.I come back here all the time because everything is delicious – you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. My top dishes and gotos after trying a solid portion of the food here over the years includes: chicken/fish maw soup (or Buddha's temptation soup, this tastes like the former with seafood), egg yolk prawn, lotus root with sticky rice, braised meatballs, and the yogurt and fruit dessert. The duck here is also great, if you like it on the sweeter side.DO NOT sleep on the drinks here!! They are amazing, and the pineapple beer and sodas are both fun and aesthetic.Portion sizes are pretty big so it's worth it to go with a group. We got complementary hot jessamine tea in that rainy day, and it really warmed us up. Strongly recommend the sesame sauce and garlic seasoned green bean sheet jelly noodles (which has meat in it) and the country style pork bone. And the inside environment was clean and quiet. The sesame sauce and garlic flavor so great, and the green bean noodles were fully covered with it. But if you are a vegetarian, make sure told them to avoid any meat in that dish.“
“We ordered delivery and were pleasantly surprised. The Ma Po Tofu and Eggplant in garlic were excellent. The fish fillets were great too. We found the flavors were very balanced. Nothing was overly spicy or bland either. The food was just perfect. It is so hard to find good Chinese food that is balanced and delicious and never expected to find it in Jersey City. “Our second time at the restaurant, and we loved the food, service, and ambiance. We ordered coconut shrimp, noodles, fish, and eggplant. The coconut shrimp was totally the winner, and we all loved it. Our server, Raymond, was friendly and checked on us a couple of times if we needed anything. It is a casual spot for dining, but the restaurant is pretty big to have a good capacity of people. I definitely recommend the restaurant for a good dining experience.“

“Yes there is great chinese food in jersey and on my way to the mall on westside ave is this gem PEKING DELITE wow first place ever that give you family style servings to go. Their shrimp with lobster sauce, the pepper steak, beef with broccoli or general tso chicken all amazing and great portion. You honestly have meat with every bite not like other spots they give tons of onions and less meats. Big surprise is here that it is CASH only but well worth it. So when in Jersey City craving chinese food check this spot out you will love it.“
“We’ve been going to Amin’s for years. The food is delicious, reasonably priced. Sadly they no longer have dining in since COVID. We no longer live in the area so it’s kind of an inconvenience to go there just for take-out, but still the food is great. We only had $20 cash (this restaurant is cash only) but we got 2 meals for less than $20.“
