I'm from Jersey City, I moved to Detroit 20 years ago. I bragged to my husband how good the chicken was at Crown's chicken. I appreciated the Muslim brother helping me to pick halal options including the fried chicken and the cheeseburger. Apparently chicken nuggets are halal too.Unfortunately this place only gets 4 stars since not all the items 100% halal - the spicy chicken sandwich and popcorn were not halal.

This location's crown fried chicken had really delicious food, and a large menu. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo and my girlfriend ordered a chicken box combo. Overall we were pleased. Certain things, like the hamburger bun being too weak for the actual burger, and breaking apart into pieces, are reasons I didn't give it a 5 star.
