Great atmosphere, great noise/music level for conversation (classic rock playlist when we visited), and standard drink menu. My boyfriend, his parents, and I all enjoyed how cozy it was in spite of its location near louder options for younger crowds in their early 20s.
I've been exploring all over JC and this place has my heart. Laurie, the woman that I always find behind the bar, is so lovely! And whatever chef has going on in the kitchen, gimme more, please! Great spot for a happy hour or any hour really.

This is a hidden gem. It is our second time at Skinner's loft and I am sure we will be coming back more often. Beautiful decor, fresh food. The servers are all super courteous, may be a tad bit slow but totally acceptable for a sunday brunch.
