Sushi by bou is easily my favorite dining experience in NY and NJ. The food quality is stellar, the staff is always so friendly and helpful, the music is great, and the restaurant itself is aesthetically calm and vibey. Great spot for a group of friends, date night, or even a solo treat yourself night. ?
First visit there and certainly won’t be our last! Vince could not have been more accommodating and welcoming. Stopped in for a sushi dinner and ended up with ramen and the best company (Vince)!

Great experience. The sushi was fresh and inventive. But be warned. You only have 60 min to dine, even if you order the bougie experience. We barely had enough time to finish our meal and no time to order any additional pieces.
