I’m a regular at this Applebees and could say today was the worst experience I’ve had. I had a sever named Kenya and she took forever to take our order, come back with the drinks, appetizer, the meal and the check! There was one point where another sever came with the forks and napkins because Kenya didn’t make it on time and when asked if they could fix the table since the table we had was not balanced correctly and it was discomfortable since everything when left or and right back and forth through out the entire meal; I was told no, not even given the option to change tables (even though the restaurant was empty and had plenty of tables). Me and my girl friend have got here so many times and today was by far the worst experience.

Came here with a group of 5 for half apps and the 50¢ wings. We placed our entire order a few minutes after being seated. After nearly 30 minutes, we noticed other tables who got seated after us get their drinks/apps before us, and we still didn’t get our waters. We finally got water after we had to flag down our waitress, but were only made aware that they were out of Coors AFTER our table got our drinks (another 5 minutes later). I got a rum bucket served in a glass and noticed that it was sticky around the bottom. We finally got our food maybe 10 minutes later, only to be missing a few items AND three appetizers were cold. One of my friends ended up not eating at all because of this. On top of it all, the bathrooms were not clean. We went up to the host to ask for the waitress’s name (her name was Ashley), and they reacted with “Oh my God.” So that should tell you how their own staff thinks of the service.

Haven’t been here in years & just went last night, this location has gone down hill. The service was terrible. Our waiter seem to not want to do her job just seemed lazy in all aspects. Our food took forever & so did our drinks. When the drinks came they were nasty, all that time they took just to bring us nasty drinks had to ask for it to be switch & the second one was no different. The food was okay not the best. Instead of paying attention to the customers all these waiters do is stand around & talk about nonsense. Get it together.

I had this very generous and understanding young lady as a waiter named Kelly, I didn’t know what to get from the Applebees menu and she helped me figure out what to eat and recommended me different varies if options. I ended up getting boneless wings with chicken Alfredo which was delicious & she was well spoken and very sweet.

Appalling! My husband ordered a medium rare steak, the first time they brought him fully cooked! And then the second one they brought him was worse, so we had to send everyone else back. We had already finished eating and my husband had nothing! We will definitely not return to this

The food and atmosphere were great. The customer service with my waitress tho wàs not I had asked for a to go box waited 20 min or more then was asked by my waitress what am I waiting for took almost another 20 min to get the check and to go box had to say something to manager in order to get it. People that came after me was helped in a timely manner before me by the same waitress if she doesn't want to do her job right and treat everyone the same then she should not work there.
