What a waste of time and money!We used to love this place so much. And today we decided to come to celebrate my husband's bd and the food took forever to be served. The meat was over done [we has asked for medium] and I had to stand up my self to ask for everything we needed [from lemon to a different spoon because one was dirty].I hope no one goes through the same situation; there's a similar restaurant near by where they also sell pizza we were told. Please Google around because this one it's sadly; nothing but not worth anymore at all.

I just ordered, from uber eats the mixed bbq, 1 person, the offer was by one and get one free, it cost 20 dollars one order, it looks like the restaurant split one order of meats in 2, the portion where very small, and part of it was burnt.

It pains me to write this review, but I really hope that the owner reads it and brings this place back to its glory days. I have been their customer for at least 15 years. They used to be amazing!! I’m not sure if the downfall started because the ownership changed but for the last couple of years it’s been a hit or miss with them, but yesterdays order has sadly made me decide to no longer patronize their business. Such a shame!I ordered a churrasco mixto for 4 ppl. It’s what I have been ordering from them all these years. I know exactly what kinda of meats come, and the quantity. Yesterday I was charged $80 not including taxes to receive an order that was missing 2 types of meat. No Brazilian sausage, and also this red meat that is almost like a small cube, I don’t know the name of it. All we got were 5 pieces of picanha, 4 drumsticks, 4 very small fatty pork ribs, and 4 bacon wrapped turkey pieces. How is that acceptable?? How are you going to charge your customers full price when you are not serving what comes with the dish?? I was going to call them to speak to someone but I stopped myself because if they sent the order out like that then it’s very obvious that they don’t care!!Their prices have increased which I find no problem with, but their quality has decreased horribly!! It’s really sad because Brazilian food is so delicious and they used to be so good!

The food is great, but the waiters forget to bring some things, like one soda at a time because when they take the order and forget, when we get there they could sell more. The prices on the internet are not up to date with the restaurant's menu, which is unfortunate and the customer ends up taking more.

As a Brazilian, the food is VERY tasty and similar to the real Brazilian food! I was very happy!Not a 5/5 because I ordered black beans and received regular beans, but besides of that, strongly recommend!

This place is a joke!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY NOR TIME GOING THERE TO EAT!!!! They took over 1 hour to serve the rodizio I ordered which is supposed to be “all you can eat”. They stopped bringing food to the table without asking, even after asking for a certain cut they would bring something else. On top of that the guy kept dropping the meat to the floor once he got to the table. Not professional whatsoever. Didn’t even bring bread to the table. It was terrible I will never eat there again they should just shut down the restaurant. If I could rate it a negative 5 stars I would.

I ordered 3 large soups, they were super salty, I called and they didn't want to refund my money, they wanted to bring me another one, but I had already waited almost 2 hours for the first one... in short, total disregard for the customer.

If I could give a ZERO Rating I would. We went in a group of 3 people for the broth rotation, I have never seen anything so bad in my entire life!!!.Without any presentation, they placed the side dishes completely cold on the table, the bread It looked like it was from the day before, okay, they could have made toast, but they didn't even bother with that. I wouldn't even give that food to my dog. How angry, we threw our money in the trash. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Update: 12/2023: not going anymore. I hate to be the one to eat whatever is left in the kitchen every time.Now they have a liquor license so BYOB is charged per bottle. I’ll miss this place, it was a great family spot at times.————————Has been better. I’m taking a break from it.Was getting a delivery every week. But flavor was missing more and more. Don’t be cheep on the salt when it comes to picanha.May only go eat at the restaurant because fresh is always better. But no more deliveries.

Patronized this place 4 over a decade. Seems it's now hit or miss with this place. Intention of review is to try to help. In last mths order they missed/ omitted large part of order. Perhaps they were in a rush.In current mths order the pork ribs were so so salty & inedible. Also disregarded my note to cook 'weldone' plus I had to wait 45 mins for order which i recon is normal from past experience.
