“The Stracciatella soup is hot and made to order. Crispy calamari and the grilled octopus are very good. The NY strip was perfectly cooked. The mashed potatoes were a very thick, heavy consistency. The homemade gnocchi are heavy and doughy. The Tiramisu and Cream Brule are excellent, as is the Affagato.“

Otherwise, you will end up buying much more ?Their meatballs are so good that they don't last more than a day.Their sandwiches are great as well and with one you even have enough for 2 meals.The only item that is not my favorite is their mozzarella cheese, which I find too salty. “Had a 5:30 reservation for 5 on a Saturday night. Upon our arrival the table was ready and we were seated. This is a B.Y.O.B. establishment, keep that in mind. We ordered appetizers 1, fried calamari 2,fried mozzarella 3, garlic shrimp ?. They were delicious ?. Here is where the 4 starts came in. It took about an hour and a half between the appetizer and main course to come out. It is about the only drawback they have. I enjoyed a 14 ounce filet minion with a side of linguini in vodka sauce. It's outstanding!! Also enjoyed at the table was ravioli, a rack of lamb, pene with bolonaise sauce and a scallop dinner. Everything was enjoyed by all. “Our recent visit was just this weekend to celebrate my wife’s birthday, a party of 16. We ordered the mushrooms stuffed with sweet sausage and vegetables and topped with bread crumbs, the Shrimp Scampi bowl, loaded with shrimp in a butter, wine and garlic sauce and the Arancini, large rice balls filled with ham, peas and rice and nicely breaded. All of the appetizers were delicious and were immediately finished! I ordered the double cut pork chop , smothered in peepers , onions, potatoes and long hots, cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful- a huge chop. The service was good and attentive as all of the appetizers and the entrees were produced in timely fashion. The red sangria was very good and served in nice tall glasses. We were pretty a pretty loud Brooklyn Bunch and the staff did not mind our volume. I have recommended this restaurant to many persons as they provide excellent meals, excellent service and great prices.Parking: Small lot in front of the location and minimal street parking“

“First time visit to this restaurant. Our server Alina was exceptional - made great recommendations. The service was on point. The staff is very efficient. I loved my drink "Pineapple Jalapeno Mockarita". The crab cake, the best we have ever had - no fillers, just fresh crab meat. It's even better than the ones you get in Alaska. Other dishes we ordered including Branzino, Halibut were delicious as well. Portions are big. Next time, we are going to try the salads, we have heard they are great. Memorable experience.
