The only thing this dunkin' does consistanly is make drink wrong , I mobile order with exactly how it's supposed to be made I don't understand how I continue to receive completely incorrect or inconsistent drink EVERY SINGLE TIME. They either need to be retrained or they need to completely rehire the whole staff because this has been an ongoing issue I've run into at this establishment. Definitely find a different Dunkin if you actually want your drink to be right ??

I have given this particular DD several chances because I drive by it many mornings. I thought of the expression Strike three your out. Three times now they can’t seem to get a coffee order correct. If they had any customer service skills they would listen to their customers orders and fill them accordingly. I went in this morning to get a coffee and doughnut. Upon arrival at 5:30 in the morning there were two people on. I approached the counter and no one came. I quickly realized there is a screen you have to type your order into and pay. The screen isn’t friendly to use so it took more time than it would have to just take my orderI finished my order, paid and went to the pickup area. I stood there for 5 minutes and the two people that were on continued to take care of the drive up and in my opinion ignored my order. Finally I saw a gentleman and said would there be someone to take care of my order and the response floored me. “We know your here”. He got my coffee and put it on the counter and I said I have a doughnut also. He gave a look and turned around and went and got my item. At no time was there a welcome to DD or thank you for coming in or even I am sorry for the wait. A cup or coffee and a doughnut took 15 minutes to get. This should have easily been a 5 minute transaction. I started by saying I had gone here several other times and the visits were no different When I got into my car the best end to this visit was my coffee was black no cream and no sugar which I asked for and the wrong doughnut. I believe this is the worst DD in my area and I can assure you I won’t go there again. I went to another DD up the road and was greeted nicely and I told them my story and they gave me another coffee and doughnut at no charge. I love DD and have great experiences in many of them but this branch is not worth stopping at. Pass right by if your considering stopping.

The 2 young women who served me were very rude and the service was very bad. The whole time they were talking on their phone and not focused on what they were doing and the coffee was poorly prepared. I ordered a muffin and it was hard. This muffin had to be sitting out for a day. It was rock hard. It was also bad enough that the employee didn’t have any customer service manners.

I was in the area for a meeting / work brunch, but have learned to eat a bit prior in case you don't like what's being served - lol. Hey - I'm a foodie! I splurged and got an egg and cheese on a wheat bagel. It was quite yummy and did the trick!Good call because the brunch food was fattening and also boasted a lot of veggies and some other things I wasn't interested in.

took forever to come to the drive thru, girl who took the order at the drive thru didn’t even know what she was making, messed up the whole order had to come inside to get the stuff missed things the food and drinks were cold after i watched them make it. hot chocolate was luke warm milk with small chunks of chocolate floating around. also didn’t tell me the total or give me my change.

Got a large frozen butter pecan crunch and 4 iced donuts got to the parking lot of work before tasting that it had absolutely no flavoring or anything in it, drove back got another one made by who I'm assuming is the manager the whole time getting rude glares from the staff 0/10

Ordered and paid for a small $5 frozen iced coffee and they did not put whipped cream on it, didn't fill it to the top. Went to go to the door and the hours said 8P to complain inside and the doors were locked at 6P. So frustrated that I overpaid for a really crappy drink.
