Do. Not. Eat. Here! Honestly if you're not a Spanish person the treatment you get is extremely mediocre. The Spanish women who work here are very nasty to you & do not provide good service at all the men are pleasent. The food was not good & was very overpriced. The act as if they barely want to put food on your plate. Overall the food was trash, the people are trash & the atmosphere is trash! Would not recommend especially if you're a person of color. I will never patronize this spot again.

If you want true real Dominican food, come here. It's DELICIOUS. Their chicken and pernil are to die for. The people there are super nice and friendly. It's always great service. You walk in and feel like you are in DR. Such a nice vibe. GO HERE FOR AUTHENTIC, AFFORDABLE, and DELICIOUS DOMINICAN FOOD!

The food was okay but what made me rate it so low was the service. I made an order of food once and they gave me 2 orders. Though it was THEIR mistake, they still charged me for the 2 orders being one of them I didn't want. I think business's should either solve the problem or owning up to it rather than leaving it to the customer to deal with.

They gave me a container obviously not closed all the way and refused to fix the order once I brought it back and to their attention. They told me it was not their fault cause it left the store. It left the store obviously not closed all the way and opened on my way home. I rushed back to left them know aboutthe issue and they would not replace it. I came here 3-4xs a week. That's not cool I consider myself a very good customer and to be treated like a j*** isn't cool. All I wanted was a replacement. It would cost nothing and it'd keep your customers! These folks have a lot to learn about customer service and I doubt I'll be back!
