Its first a crunch than light like rice. They come in different flavors. The flavoring is in the icing. I got mango and caramel. The Carmel was excellent. The mango was good but not my favorite. The woman in the store was very polite. They also have mochi ice cream and Korean hotdogs. I didn't try either. I will be back and suggest you try it too. They have two other locations. It only has one table and two chairs. They do have this photobomb area on the wall where you can take a picture if you want. ? “All hits no misses at this place. Magic fountain is by far the best ice cream parlor I've been to. The owner is welcoming and always provides excellent customer service. You can tell she cares about her customers and community. My whole family loves this place. I personally LOVE the Gelati. My wife loves their Ube flavor and my mom and dad love the pistachio flavor. The aesthetic is also cool. They have hip vibe to it but with a touch of a classic ice cream parlor. 10/10 recommend“
