Ok so Italian from Brooklyn so I wasn't expecting much lol. I have to say it started off right with the friendly service at the door and good service from Antonella. Seafood salad very good. The Fettuccine Alfredo was AMAZING! Not sure what some reviews are talking about portion size because there was plenty of food. Probably back for lunch tomorrow. Thanks guys.

I feel like it is unnecessary for the servers to be rude and be so controlling over the portions we get when we should be serving ourselves, it is unfortunate because every other aspect of this restaurant shines.

Staff party. Very basic. Only one bartender at the cash bar. Kind of foolish with so many people there. Maybe it's hard to get people to work. Food was "ok", not too plentiful.

A friendly accommodating staff with lots of the family owned service and hospitality. Our appetizer of clams oregento was perfectly timed and delicious. We ordered veal and shrimp dishes. Ample portions were very well seasoned and the presentation was very pleasant. For dessert, the lemon sorbet was slightly disappointing. Frozen inside a hollowed out frozen lemon, it took time to thaw and was cumbersome served in a dessert goblet.

Fried calamari came without marinara and they were wet. I order chicken alfredo and it came without chicken…portion were very small and quality…well for that price it was disappointing! I am not recommending this restaurant!
The staff was rude and stingy. I saw them be obtuse with the clients. They served the food like trying to feed everyone with a couple of fish and loaves of bread. Downright nasty. Food quality is poor at best. Most staff don't speak English. They took my plate away while I was still eating. The banquet room is in the basement, not even a window. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere with that very vintage chic 60’s Italian feel. What gives this place a tough score is the service & cuisine. The portions aren’t generous for the price tag also being an Italian restaurant (known for its over feeding). In addition, the staff looked exhausted- making casual mistakes during service despite we were the only table of three in the building. Perhaps Sunday shouldn’t be open to provide staff the rest they need but I was shocked that I was forced a gratuity despite the service being poor. This restaurant has potential to being a NJ powerhouse in the culinary world but it needs to go back to basics!
