AVOID THIS PLACE. Management and customer service is deplorable here. Placed my order through the drive through intercom and they forgot to add a milkshake. No problem, right... NOPE they literally told me I had to drive back around, on a Friday night mind you, with about 6 cars waiting, to reorder the milkshake. They refused to ring it up at the pick up window. The manager was no help and passed the buck to young kid servicing the pick up window. He was very sweet about it so I left and won't return.

They make my morning first time on this location services was wonderful they put a smile in my face love the drive thru
Visited this location thanksgiving morning. Ordered a frappe. It was not blended properly and had ice chunks when I tried to drink it. Let the worker know. She poured my drink back into the blender. So unsanitary and disgusting. Manager Yasmin was dismissive and rude when I asked for a refund. Maybe the health department should have a visit. If they did that in front of me then no telling what happens in the back

Omg the manager here is awesome she make sure all the customer get taken care of, I got there late for breakfast and was going to leave but she called me back and gave me breakfast anymore she was very nice we should have more people like her, good Job she understands customer service.
