Food was expensive for the quality of food we got. Biscuits, fries and Mac & Cheese were cold and hard. Then we ordered on the app and when we got to the store, we were told that we had to come inside because we wanted to add Mac and Cheese to our order. I asked why but kept being told that because I added to my order. I asked, "Why couldn't I add to my order in the drive-thru and pick as well?" Was still told to go inside. Not a happy camper.
When I got to the place I was told to wait at the table and they will call me when my food is ready well 15 minutes later and nobody calls me so I walk up and ask about my food and they tell me it was waiting here for 10 minutes. No one let me know that it was ready. If I didn't come up it would still be there. So I ask them to make it again and give me fresh hot food. When I get home it appeared that the chicken was undercooked. Some of the meat tasted rubbery.
