I enjoyed breakfast at the Livingston Diner on October 28, 2023, when I was in NJ visiting a friend. I love diners. I ordered the Challah French toast (my favorite! 3 fat slices of Challah perfectly drenched & grilled) it was delicious! My friend's over easy eggs were beautiful, and over easy takes much skill. This diner is small but beautiful, can accommodate small or big tables. My Taylor Ham was cut perfectly, and my eggs were finally over easy, a lot of times I ask for over easy and my eggs are not the way I like them, but here my eggs were perfect!! Stopped to breakfast while in the area, was pleasantly surprised. Service was good food came out soon after it was ordered, drinks came out first. If I find myself in the neighborhood again, I would go back
