The food has gone seriously downhill and the prices are far more expensive than competitors prices now for LESS meat and toppings on the sandwich. This used to be the elite sandwich chain with fresh bread and cookies, but feels like the bread is stale, the cookies are dry, and the overall menu is lackluster. The experience GREATLY varies depending on which employee is on duty. I will be avoiding frequenting this establishment on Wednesdays around 3:30, as the woman who worked that shift today was intolerable. I gave my 13 year old my card and told him to order his usual.
