Sarku Japan is fast casual Japanese food ( like a Chipotle for Mexican).Inexpensive meals that are good for a budget and a change of pace than the regular fast casual Chinese food that is more abundant in our area.I have had sushi rolls all over and these are OK. Built for the price. Not as flavorful as a top end sushi place. The Shrimp Tempura & Volcano rolls were OK. Not huge on flavor. I also had the fried dumplings (Gyozo). Again it is what it is. Nice place but there was a big lantern fly walking on the table....and they didn't have a bathroom...sonif your staying there to eat make sure you know you won't be able to wash your hands after....

Used to come in here and get teriyaki chicken for $3.29 now $8.95 way too expensive it's mostly rice what little pieces of white chicken breast and some teriyaki sauce used to go here twice a week now I go once every month or two if that much. That pricing themselves out of the market
