Takuma Japanese Restaurant

Found ourselves in Madison to run some errands. Before we knew it, it was time for dinner. My wife was in the mood for Japanese and we stumbled upon Takuma and we are happy we did. When you want the loveliest proprietors, one being the Sushi chef and the other his sweet wife Eleni then walk in to this great restaurant. I love a special roll with plum paste, burdock root, Shisho leaf, and mountain potato but if I don't tell them in advance I am coming they don't have the potato and we substitute it with avocado.
