Another great stop on our neverending Pizza Tour! Sal's Gourmet Pizza in Manalapan, NJ. My son Jason and I got slices...two pepperoni, one plain. Excellent pizza! The sauce was nicely balanced with a slight basil kick to it. The crust was very nicely balanced as well...crisp outside, soft inside. Tasty crust too.
