We went for my mother in laws birthday and they did a great job. The food was delicious. It was a spicy and I have cut back on spice but it didn’t bother me at all. I had the snapper and lambi with black rice & (conch) appetizer and it was the best Haitian food I have had in a while. Other family enjoyed the oxtails and the legume. Service felt very homey and comfortable like your mom was feeding you. We will definitely return.
I went to Woulibam to celebrate someone's birthday and absolutely enjoyed it. The food was excellent from the appetizers to the entrees. The ambiance is also nice. The place is clean, the music is nice, and the service is great. I definitely plan to go back!

The food is really good, I've never had salmon like that before. The outside was crispy while the inside was fluffy and tender. The red snapper was also very good, not very spicy and cooked with complementary citrus. Honestly, all of their proteins are done very well. However, they charge for take out containers at the end of your meal, so you may want to bring your own tupperware for leftovers.
