“SO, I order from here rather often. It is close to my house, I can get delivery directly from them, rather then using a service (like doordash). Though, I will pick it up myself most of the time. The pizza is good. Is it the best - no. I can get better elsewhere, but it is the best of the places close to my home. Any place better requires a minimum 15-20 min drive each way. There are at least 4 other places just as close as Villa Maria, but their pizza is not as good. Their garlic knots and mozz sticks are great as well. I also appreciate the family specials they have. My only knock is that when you order the specials online, the online menu says a price, but for some reason, the price is always $2 higher in your basket. But since it is a deal, I can't really complain.“

“Our family was going to have a repast for my mother in law. We weren't sure where to have it. So we went to Nonna's and spoke to Joe the owner. We were not sure of the exact amount of people but Joe gave us option 1 if it was 20 or less, option 2 if 20-30 people. Joe could not have been any more friendly or helpful. He was so nice. He then gave us salad, appetizer and main course suggestions. He told us Melissa, Bill and Greg would be our servers. They were absolutely awesome and their attention to detail was top notch. The meatball sliders were a huge hit and our family raved about how great all the food was. My wife and I have been back since, and have even ordered take out for a family function. “Had my daughters first birthday party here after looking at multiple other restaurants. This restaurant had the nicest party room and the food was delicious. The day of the party, I was able to come early to decorate and set up. The owner and his family were very kind and helped set up the room and accommodated our requests.They continually checked in throughout the event to make sure we were happy and if we needed anything. The waitresses made sure we had enough food and the kids were all given kids meals which they loved. My guests raved about the chicken francese and baked clams.It was a great day and I felt very at peace knowing how helpful staff was and didn't have to worry about the party going smoothly. “3/1/24 I read about Via Sposito having multiple restaurants serving family style dishes and their Pizza ovens are wood and coal fired so we went to the one in Old Bridge, NJ. Our gracious host Dolores is an Sposito who we had the pleasure to talk with.We started with Zuppa di Mussels,which was delicious and the sauce to dip the mussels in was so sweet yummy.Just look at the pictures before and after.Then my wife ordered the huge Pork Chop with mixed vegetables and potatoes, my wife couldn't finish her meal.I ordered a Margarita Pizza with homemade mozzarella and pecorino romano cheese and fresh basil with extra virgin olive oil. These weren’t your typical store bought pre-frozen raviolis. No sir. Fresh made and stuffed with lobster. The chicken Murphy was enough for two people! Amazing.
