A great place to enjoy breakfast.Very easy going staff and establishment that is clean and well presented.I’d love to tell you that they make this “one thing” better than the rest… but they don’t. It’s all really good and fresh.Regular specials that have their Japanese Pancakes on rotation in different ways. Absolutely to die for.
Delicious brunch from Stax! Was in the area and found this restaurant. We were sat immediately. Service was very attentive. The coffee was perfect, strong... just how I like it! I ordered this dish with roasted plantain, homemade chorizo, avocado, chorizo, egg. It was unbelievable!!!

Reccommended to Stax a pancake breakfast lunch place in NJ. Took friends there. Food was good. Place ordinary all average . I did get Japanese pancakes, something different for me. Kinda looked like a brown Hat with different cream toppings. Chicken chef's salad and plain stack of 3 were all good. I gave candles and matches and they put it on the pancakes and sang happy birthday. Fresh squeezed oj Also. Friends said they'd put the place on their list. ( see pix)
