Miso Soup was a delightful complement to the Spicy Mango Roll The young lady who placed my order was very kind & gave me a spicy mayo dipping sauce, that I promptly & excitedly mixed the soul-cleansing Wasabi paste into. The ginger was fresh & crunchy!(If you're not a big fan of raw fish, the Spicy Mango Shrimp Roll I enjoyed is a cooked alternative. They have other cooked rolls. I always order Shrimp Tempura at Japanese spots. It was real nice to try something new at a new place!)

We ate in the restaurant as we were new to area. The owner made us feel comfortable and was very attentive. The rolls are amazing flavor and freshness. Hot food was very hot and the rolls were just perfect.

My name is Nick Coffman and I can vouch that Rainbow Sushi is by far the best sushi place in lincroft, and my favorite place to order from down here in general. My parents live here and every time I visit, I always have to stop by on the way home for some sushi or udon noodles. Rainbow Sushi does it right, always tastes fresh, and they are always very nice when I go to pickup. I would recommend them over any sushi place near by. 10/10.
