I have been on a quest to find the best pizza in north/central NJ and my search brought me here. I'm so glad it did. I barely have adequate command of the English language to do it justice. Just incredible pizza. I mean incredible. I have had some amazing pizza recently and this just blew me away. Take a look at the pictures. The ring of caramelized cheese around the rim is pure magic. This is our favorite puzza in Millburn!It is an aquired taste, since the crust is very, very thin and it is very well done. But you must try it!!Be warned that even on weeknights there is a bit of a wait so plan ahead

Vinnies makes an excellent thin crust pan pizza. Another rare find where all 3 of pizza 's main ingredients are exceptional. My son and I have a painting business and make a point of trying pizza wherever our work takes us. Vinnies is among the best we have had. If you are pizza snobs like us you will appreciate Vinnies.
