Better than kung fu tea but they gotta change the fact that they have dine in on Google maps because I was going to come in for a meeting when I called in and double checked, finding out they didn't have any seating. Very inconvenient.

I love this place sm but one of the cashiers was pretty rude and tried to fight my mom(she just wanted her drink to be remade bc it was too sweet?)Update: everything was resolved very professionally- and i went back and got yummy drinks again :)

This used to be my favorite bubble tea store until tonight. I went in and there were only a few people waiting yet the wait was pretty long. The man who prepared my drink got my order entirely wrong. The size was wrong, the ice level was wrong, and the drink tasted so bad. Instead of apologizing, he said that it was a long day. What kind of service is that…? We felt bad that he seemed stressed but I am paying good $ for a drink so shouldn’t he have done a good job of checking that the correct drink was made?

Boba was great. If only the entire experience was great unfortunately. It was my first time visiting Montclair (I’m from Oregon) I thought the area was really nice and I wanted to try out gong cha with my husband because we love boba. One employee was extremely short and rude right off the bat. As a respectful and understanding customer, that wasn’t appreciated at all (I didn’t even get a greeting back??) she then proceeded to make the drinks aggressively which made us highly uncomfortable and unsatisfied. Should really train your employees how to suppress their attitudes.

Love their drinks a bunch but the last time I went the girl there was sooooo rude. It made me so sad because I work and live nearby and come here often and recommend it to every one. I also work with customers and I'm ultra careful about being nice to people that also work in customer service but she was just mean for no reason. :( I'll be going a lot less.

Came here a couple of days ago and got the strawberry milk tea. It was great, and service was really quick. There was a bunch of sugar in it so if I were to come here again I think I would get an option with less sugar for sure.

The iced green tea is great but the service, like others have mentioned, is terrible.I got my tea and as I was walking to my car when I noticed my drink was leaking. Went back and told them about it. The girl walked to me and brought another cup and all she did was stack the leaking cup on top of a new one. I was like???? It was clearly still leaking just not falling on the floor. I poured the remaining of the drink in the new cup as she walked away and then noticed that it was missing a lot! I asked her if I could just have another drink and she said she couldn’t! If I was anywhere else I’m pretty sure they would’ve apologized and give me a brand new drink!
