“Their food and catering is constantly delicious, we have been ordering and eating in here for close to 1.5 years. Their flavors are closest to Delhi. Love their Dal Bukhara, Pandara Road Butter Chicken, Paneer Dilruba and Kur Kuri Bhindi. Their kebabs are amazing too, specially malai and haryali.“
“The perfect dinner for a winter evening. My girl would not have the Indian flag dish - chicken Tika Masala anywhere else. And they have Thai Tom Yum soup. Freshly baked Nasn, attentive service, highly recommended!!!Parking: Come at 7, meters run out.“
“We ordered delivery tonight and the food arrived in 30 minutes and was absolutely delicious! We got saag paneer and chana masala and 3 types of bread to go with it and they were all great. I'd highly recommend the paratha! Overall great first experience and we'll definitely order from here again.“
“Food was absolutley outstanding. We love Indian food and I have travelled there twice. This was maybe some of the finest Indian food I’ve had outside of India. We each have different tastes, and the debate was spicy or not. They prepared the dishes in half portions — half spicy/half mild. This was perfect. Food was so fresh and great sized portions. Will be back.Vegetarian options: On the menu.Dietary restrictions: He asked.Parking: Maplewood tends to be busy.“
“Fantastic home made food. By far the best authentic food I have had . Absolutely phenomenal. The food was not too oily, had freshness and depth in flavor and was delivered to the table with a smile, this indeed felt like homemade food. Amazing work! I will be back again and again.“

“Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant. The service is unmatched. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Absolutely the best meal we have had in a while...Highly recommend! This is our third time eating at this restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive, making every visit a true pleasure. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was top-notch.“
“I have not been here yet, but I went through many of the reviews and also have the pleasure to know someone personally that could not say anything else BUT WONDERFUL things about the flavorful food and spices.I am also looking forward to meeting Alok seems to be the #️⃣1 employee ??“
“We love this woman owned, Pakistani /Indian restaurant that recently opened. Food is typical street food. Kathi rolls, chaat. Yumm! Clientele is diverse, service is excellent. We love that you will see the owner herself there all the time. That makes a huge difference. Can’t wait to go again!“
“Taste is awwwwwsome I highly recommend this Golconda chimney restaurant for Indian food I really enjoyed the food after long time I hope this is going to be second Shagh house of Biryani in this location the food I ordered chicken biryani with spcl chef made I got chicken 65 with dum biryani staff also very polite and receiving the ppl awesome thank you Golconda Chimney.“
“I visited this restaurant yesterday for lunch and they had some of the best navarathan korma I’ve ever had! Our server provided us with excellent service and I’m looking forward to visiting again soon. They also knocked it out of the park with their Kashmiri naan. 11/10 ?“
“Excellent food, tried their Medu Vada, Potato Bhajji options for appetizers and the food tasted exceptionally wellFor the main course had Poori Korma and Pav Bhaji Dosa which was quite unique and deliciousOverall, a very underrated but great place for India food, especially South Indian cuisine“
“This is the second time I have eaten here. Both times were excellent. Last night I had all vegetarian -saag, chana masala and a spicy cauliflower appetizer and tea. Theybig plenty of nan bread if you order it and adequate rice. The server went out of his way to be friendly. Nice clean bathroom. Relatively big parking lot. Careful - it's on a busy street. Both times I made a right turn into the parking lot. There is a hill from the south. Advance slowly. I would not attempt a left turn coming from the north.“
“LOVED IT! This Indian Resturant has a unique upbeat vibe. and a friendly staff. Expect A more modern glimpse of the culture with light decor and current music. Very clean. Reasonable prices.. allowing us tasty appetzers and a fresh mango lasse! Generous portions. Most importantly the food was freshly prepared and expertly seasoned and tasted it. They also have a terrific, reasonable lunch buffet.! A+++++! Can't say enough. So glad they are here..Parking: It is located in a strip mall with ample parking.“
“Ordered via UberEats on a Thursday at around 7. There was a promotion for BOGO free on certain items. So I ordered 2 chicken kadai (each comes with a rice) and 2 egg biryani, and an order of samosas. I've never tried either of the dishes but figured why not? It's BOGO and I can expand my palette on Indian food. I really liked the chicken kadai. The chicken was nice and tender, and the sauce was the perfect amount of spicy. The egg biryani was just okay - basically just seasoned rice with hard boiled egg. I probably wouldn't get this again. Samosas were pretty standard. The portions are big. We had SO much food that we had to eat this across 4 meals. Needless to say, we were pretty tired of eating it by the end. I probably wouldn't do the BOGO option again, but I would like to dine in and try some other dishes fresh.“
“In the mood for Indian food we saw that Kamal Palace had really good reviews. All in, it was worth the trip. The food was not great but it was good. The samosas were a tad oily and the curries were not as flavorful as I would have hoped. However, the service was great and the price can’t be beat. Seriously, we ordered two apps, two dinner plates, and two orders of naan and it came to about $50!“
““I recently had a delightful dining experience at Masala Cafe Chettinad. The Fish 65 was an absolute highlight, bursting with flavorful spices. The Thalakapatti biryanis were a true delight, leaving my taste buds craving for more. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff specially Navya ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. A must-visit for those seeking authentic Chettinad cuisine and a memorable dining experience.”“
“This place is a gem! We came here because our initial plan of eating at tribos periperi fell through when they were suddenly closed on Saturday (maps said it was open). I had heard of Indian inspired burgers and fried chicken before in Manhattan, so we decided to try this place out.\\n\\nThe place has 1 table by the window, then a bar with some chairs along the counter, and finally an area with several more tables.\\n\\nYou order at the counter, they'll ask your name, so I thought it was self pick-up, but in our case they brought the food to us.\\n\\nWe weren't sure what sauce to use on the chicken wings so we asked about the masala and the walla, as those two sounded the most special/distinct. They let us taste the sauces and we went with the walla, it's super good!\\n\\nThey didn't take long to prepare our lamb burger, beef burger (medium cooked ?) and our chicken wings, along with a side order of fries and a side order of sweet potato tots.\\n\\nThe burgers were delicious, juicy but not too messy, with a very nicely cooked thin patty full of flavor. The fries and tots were both incredible too, couldn't stop eating them! The tots are more interesting, but I do prefer the fries because well made fries are always the best side.\\n\\nThe chicken wings were small but packed with flavor (we also did get 7 instead of 6, probably because of the size? Or maybe they were just that nice). I only tried one because my husband is the one that loves wings the most, but I really enjoyed this one too!\\n\\nService was great! I expected it to be more self service, but they were very involved and made sure to explain what needed to be explained, and to ask about our meal.\\n\\nI'm not doing great at explaining, so I'll let the photos speak for themselves!“
“Nice place, conveniently located by the Short Hills Station. Highly recommend coming here before 2 and checking out their lunch boxes - generous portions, not too expensive, and of course delicious. Also love their Malai Chicken Kebabs and Samosa Chaat.“
“I've been here a few times with my fellow colleagues and friends, and each time we're treated kindly. Recently, I took a few work acquaintances here, and they had nooooo idea what Indian food even was, let alone what to expect. Our waiter was gracious and took care to help each one understand what was in the food and worked with our gluten free member to make sure she had food to eat. The food was amazing, as it always is, and everyone was blown away.Don't hesitate to stop in, they know what they're doing here and it shows! The lunch special is incredibly reasonable and very delish as well if you need a fast yet delicious lunch.“
“My husband and I went to Jyoti for dinner and we were so pleased with everything! It’s family owned and you can feel the care from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Friendly, attentive service. Delicious food very authentic. They even gave us free mango drinks to help us with the spice! This place deserves 5 star reviews and we will be back!! And our server Megha was lovely, ? thank you!!!“
“Visited this place in Jan 2024 on a Sat evening, was very shocked at the decline in food quality,- Had visited restaurant in Dec 2023 - and food was excellent! Not sure why quality of cooking declined so fast -- it had consistently been one of the best Indian restaurants in the area for year, in the past.“
“Everything is wonderful about this place- the food, the staff, the atmosphere. It’s nice and clean and offers Zabiha food which is great. We ordered Samosa Chaat which was super tasty and the portion was huge. The kids loved their butter chicken. Kashmiri chai was good too. We packed some jalebis for later and I must say that this is the best jalebi I’ve ever had. I love everything about this place.“
“My friend recommended this place to me so I decided to get takeout from it tonight. I would 100% recommend anyone who wants to eat some yummy indian food. I got the chicken tikka masal combo. The rice and chicken Combo together is delicious. I will be coming back as regular!“
“Located in Bergen County, this place is very small and offers limited seating. The place doesn't have much ambiance as such but they do have some good food to serve. I bought jalebi and fafda but was disappointed to know that they don't offer the papaya chutney. The chutneys which they offered were too watery and this can be improved upon whereas I had also bought dhokla which was fresh and was good. This place does offer the majority of snacks but I believe they can expand on the business by offering certain snacks( example: khandvi) through orders.“
“Very good service and absolutely amazing food! We had the chilli paneer and chilli chicken for appetizers and goat dum biryani, egg dum biryani, pathar ka gosht for entree.Vegetarian options: We had the chili paneer and it was very delicious!“
“When you're in Jersey City, make sure to check out Southern Spice in India Square – it's a must! The food there is super tasty, and the name "Southern Spice" fits all their dishes perfectly. You've got to try their special Southern Spicy Chicken Biryani – it's amazing. If you go on the weekend, you're in luck! Get the Bagara Rice with Chicken Curry or go for the half plate Mandi – it's enough for two people. Trust me, it's the best choice for a delicious meal in Jersey City.“
“Nice ambiance and pretty clean place for family to dine. I met Yassen who works there, and he was fantastic suggesting some of their main course meals. He suggested us to get the lamb biryani and wow!!!! It was probably the best biryani I tasted in this area. Thank you Yaseen and Kebab n grill.“
“Great food for a great price! Compared to another Indian food location in Harrison, the portions are big, the paneer is generous, and the flavors are just as great for nearly half the price. We fed a family for 4 and had enough for lunch and leftovers on barely $60! Excellent place, will be back!“
“This truck is right in the NJIT campus. You can find it by the long lines next to the truck. The lamb (gyro meat) over rice is very good, it tastes like it was homemade and not the generic factory ones. The long grain basmati is a standout and sets itself apart from the other trucks. The white sauce is a bit heavy like it was just Mayo thinned out with water. Also the hot pepper flakes is not spicy at all. Also I don't think they have the usual Halal truck hot sauce since he never puts any in when I order which is a missed opportunity since I love spicy foods.“

“I love going to Bayleaf, service is always good and the restaurant is very clean and warm inside. I like that I can eat and not feel rushed some of my go to and favorite dishes are the chicken 69, the mango lassi, lamb saag, and garlic cheese Naan.“
“Hands down, the best Pakistani restaurant in the area. Incredible food and excellent service. Very welcoming and hospitable owner. Always a great experience, I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. Definitely try the Butter Chicken and Nihari Beef (weekends only), both amazing.“
“Very enjoyable local Bangladeshi restaurant in Paterson New Jersey. The restaurant itself seemed newer and it was very clean. The prices were reasonable, varying from about $8 and entree to around $15 an entree. I highly recommend stopping by for Bengali / Indian food cuisine. Check out the photos for the dishes we ordered.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options for most dishes, and they were willing to prepare dishes vegetarian style, like the biryani.Parking: Free street parking along the road.Kid-friendliness: Baby and toddler high chairs available.“
“If you’re from Maharashtra and are tired of substandard pav bhaji and vada pav at every Indian restaurant, then behold - this is the greatest pav bhaji you’ll find in the state.First up - they have the pav that is the closest to what you can get in Maharashtra. Soft and flatter - none of the buffed up nonsense being served up everywhere else. The bhaji itself is excellent and buttery.I’m going to have dreams about this dinner!Highly recommend trying out the gulab jamun as well. It’s made fresh and served hot! Excellent food and thoroughly enjoyed.“
