Grumpy millennial reporting here. The staff was all Gen Z, as were most of the people occupying the shop. So not a very welcoming environment.It was quite busy and loud when I was there, the seating felt very cramped. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. Taking off an extra star for no reusable mugs/cups for your drink.I only got a cup of tea which was good quality. I don’t know if they have any vegan food options - it honestly didn’t look like it. Thankfully there’s Veggie Heaven nearby.

The strawberry matcha is delicious! But the prices are a bit high. The workers know all the daily’s but when I visited for my first time, I felt under appreciated. They shout out all the regulars but good luck to the newbies. The strawberry matcha was so good though!

The hot chocolate is mid. The customer service is terrible. The tall guy with the mask always has an attitude. I asked him to please steam the milk so I dont get a cold hot chocolate since previously he just put cold milk . Taking my business elsewhere. Terrible experience. Then we come back another day to give it another shot and he asks us if the hot chocolate is hot enough? We never asked for very hot drink. He is super scarastic and not well recieved.

My experience here was alright i ordered a yogic chai latte wasn’t what i expect but it was good trying something new service was nice the workers were kind enough.
