It was my first time at leone’s and I definitely will be returning! From the food to the service & vibe. But truly my server made my experience that much better. She listened to all my crazy accommodations and found the perfect dish for me. I will most definitely bring the rest of my family and request Angel! She made my experience a 10/10

It pains me to leave a restaurant after being ostracized for my race. As the only black person in the restaurant I looked up from my phone to see I was the only person who had not been served bread before my meal… This was a slap in the face for me. As I have been coming to Leone’s since I was 13 years old. I have so many birthdays, graduations, and celebrations over the last ten years all tainted in one night. Do better.

Came by Mama Leones Restaurant on a night of a concert at the Wellmont . We began with fried Ravioli. We decided to order a pesto chicken pizza and rigatoni pasta with chicken/pancheta. Both really great and Liz really enjoyed the rigatoni .Thank you for a very tasty and pleasant dinner.
I’m giving it 1 stars because we were so disappointed & annoyed by the whole experience. One of us ordered the veal milanese & instead of telling us that they ran out, they sent out chicken. the person who ordered it is a chef & he realized it right away, sent it back & again instead of letting him know they were out they took the dish & brought out another if not the SAME chicken plate… Incredible!!, they must think their customers are idiots. at the end they had to admit that they were out of the veal & asked him what else he might want. by that time, everyone was practically done eating. I think the waiter was mortified, and truly not his fault. they offered a free dessert, which we declined & we told him they should comp the one dish - they refused & gave us a 50% discount on the dish. that’s really not enough to accommodate & satisfy a customer on such a screw-

This is the best pizza by far I have ever had in NJ . Having been brought up in Brooklyn what makes a pizza is the crust .This was fabulous. As was the tres leches. This place is a find if you want authentic, fresh , delicious food .

Leone's is one of the best Italian restaurants in town. Their pizza is delicious and the crust is very crisp. The service is excellent and I was able to be seated right away. I would definitely recommend that you stop by.

We love Leones. Has been our go to for years. The food is delicious. Everything we’ve ever had including soups. Atmosphere is relaxed and Michael and staff are wonderful.
The owner takes the time to curate each dish, modeled after his mother.The love really comes through, especially in this one appetizer, the ginger calamari, it’s nothing like you’ve ever tried before, and it is definitely a must order !I also enjoyed rigatoni vodka, it was creamy and delicious just the way I like it with a piece of toasted bread on the side! They also have a variety of pizza.This place Or a romantic date night, definitely sit by the window!
$25 for a plain penne vodka is ridiculous.. then the audacity to ask for a tip. For a pick up?? And it wasn't even all that. Criminals!

Last couple times my family and I ate here they have had a live street band. Band was awesome, shout out to owner who I just met for the first after going back many times to eat because the food is excellent. He is a true gentleman, Thank you will continue to take my family here. My waitress definitely could have been better she kept forgetting things but will not judge the restaurant, fantastic place.

We went Saturday night. It was beautiful out. Although we had a reservation they didn't have a table and they finally seated us outside.. Although the food was good every time someone came for dinner they just added a table outside. The kitchen and wait staff were overwhelmed. It took 15 minutes for someone to take our order and over 1/2 an hr for the food. We didn't get bread until 20 min after we ordered.I asked for the check when our food came out, which I did get but the waitress never came back for it. I had to give it to another waiter and never received my change, which wasn't a lot so it was counted towards the tip.
