Went in to grab lunch for my daughter. No one was at the register. There was a person ahead of me so I had to wait until she was serviced first. Placed my order, asked for two chocolate chip muffles and they were hard as rock. I asked if there was others or something that was fresh? I was told “they’re all baked at the same time.” I proceed to ask for a refund. It was given. But then I notice, she put the two muffles back on display. Mind you, I had put my mouth on one. How else would I have known it’s hard as a rock? Ridiculous. Then I waited in the same area, after placing my order to be told my name was called on the other side. I do not come here often, after placing my order she could’ve easily told me to go to the other side to wait for it. Communication was not there. Franchises need to do better!! Never again.

Massively incompetent service. This is the third time something similar has happened because i keep hoping it's just a fluke. I ordered a salad with chips and no chicken. The salad came with chicken no dressing and no chips. How can you be so bad at this job?

When I go in to this establishment, they are very attentive, the place is clean & my order is always right.
This place is hit or miss! I took my daughter here & the food was not great, it made my stomach hurt after. No one greeted me when I approached the register, the lemonade was spoiled! Yeah, probably will never go back, it's a hard pass for me ??
I had an awful doordash experience and when I explained what happened they were incredibly kind and understandanding, and fixes what happened. Nice and patient staff, thanks guys!

Panera, where I have been eating in the cafe even 5 minutes before 10 o'clock until today, claims that it does not serve dine in after 9 o'clock and always gives my meals to go. When ordering, it seems that there is french baguette bread, but when I take the order, they say there is no bread. They have been saying there is no bread for about 3 weeks. Inside its cold like a alaska,We choose to dine in they give us a take out bag 9.20 pm they told us we will close 10 pm thats the reason.About 1 week out of stock french baugette.Take out plactic salad cups smaller than whole size salad if you wanna take out you eat smaller than you want.
