This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful in explaining the different tea options and we had fun looking at what they had available. Was also surprised that they had a good amount of seating in the back since the front looked pretty small. They had unique tea flavors that I had never seen before. The tea was fragrant and fresh. Would come again to try other flavors or their food items.

I really don't know why I haven't stopped in here before. But in hindsight I am thankful I didn't find this place while I was studying for boards because I think I would have gone broke going here every day. It's super cozy and inviting, and the tea is delicious! The service is excellent - they really know what they're doing and give great recommendations. I had the toffee spice tea which was a little out of my comfort zone, but so so delicious. Will definitely be back!

Stale croissants and scones. Ambiance is oddly mall-like to my sensibilities, just kind of sterility combined with an odd Hallmark vibe. Espresso is good quality. Can't speak to the tea, but would assume it is nice, and the service was fine.

Super cute and quaint cafe in downtown Montclair that offers a wide variety of packaged teas, alongside fresh brewed teas, coffee and bubble teas.I order the pumpkin spice bubble tea which was incredibly yummy and perfectly flavored. My husband ordered a simple Americano coffee with cream and sugar that reminded him of a good cup of Joe from a local diner.The cafe is bigger than it looks from the outside. There is plenty of seating in the back, including room for strollers. There’s also a public bathroom.The service was friendly and speedy.Kid-friendliness: Big enough space for strollersWheelchair accessibility: Easy access storefront and indoor facilities without any steps

I’ve been coming here for the past 2 years and have always had a phenomenal and pleasant experience. I see two new employees were recently hired and their customer service/warmth was very poor. Those 2 are Definitely not reflective of the tea company

As a fellow employee who worked at the Tea Company I would advise you to not buy anything here. Myself and two other employees have not been able to get a hold of the owner to pay us our last paychecks. It's been almost a month that she hasn't contacted us even when we reached out via email numerous of times. We were more than patience with the owner and this left me no choice but to leave this review. Straight sad. (Update: the owner has blocked us via email when we reached out again for our paychecks. She needs to be held accountable for her actions.)

this location i visit not too long ago and got a iced latte with milk and i noticed my drink had a large chuck inside and when i looked to observed it, i was drinking expired milk please be careful
