I ordered a 10 piece nuggets and they gave me 11. I am so incensed with this Wendys. Haha. I also got a chili; it was fresh, hot and served with crackers. The staff are super friendly and good customer service. The wait time in drive thru was a minute maybe. I approve!
I've been to my fair share of Wendys, but none as high-end as this. Sure the food and service are no different from anywhere else, but the interior design makes it feel more like eating inside the hotel lobby than a fast food restaurant! And the best part: I can walk here from work and back fast!

3 stars because the service is good, but the food is almost always burnt. Cheeseburgers have cheese with dark brown edges and sometimes the entire slice of cheese is burnt. Same with the fries. They always get the order right for me, though.
